Full site development of 22 acres of raw land into 19 buildable residential lots in Clarkstown, NY. The site was cleared, a new roadway was cut in, and all utilities were installed. A stormwater retention basin was also constructed and turned over to the Town of Clarkstown for ongoing maintenance.
