Shimon Rosenberg has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction. He started his career in a family stairbuilding business, where he learned the trade from the ground up. That hands-on foundation shaped how he runs Rose Builders Group today: personally involved, practically minded, and focused on getting the job done right.

Shimon has managed and completed more than 100 commercial projects across multiple states, including new construction, renovations, and building additions in senior living, healthcare, and education. He is a licensed General Contractor in Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

His approach is straightforward: know the numbers, communicate honestly, and follow through on every commitment.

Sam Imamovic has over a decade of experience managing complex commercial construction projects, with particular depth in healthcare. He oversees projects from preconstruction through close-out and warranty, keeping budgets tight and timelines on track.

Sam is detail-oriented and practical. He's the person on the team who catches problems early and finds cost-effective solutions before they become expensive ones. At Rose Builders Group, he serves as Director of Operations, playing a central role in how every project gets planned and executed.

Eric Sprei brings over 25 years of construction experience to Rose Builders Group, with a track record managing large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout. He's worked as a project manager, construction executive, and owner's representative across commercial and residential projects.

Eric operates at both the executive and field level. He can run budgets, negotiate subcontracts, and drive project strategy while staying close to the work on the ground. He's hands-on, detail-driven, and keeps projects on schedule and on budget.

Esther Urbach handles purchasing and interior design at Rose Builders Group. She sources materials and furnishings, manages vendor relationships, and makes sure selections align with both the project vision and the budget.

Esther has a strong eye for design and a practical approach to getting it done. She balances aesthetics with functionality, ensuring the finished spaces look right and work right. Her ability to coordinate across multiple projects and keep purchasing on track without sacrificing quality is a big part of how Rose Builders Group delivers a polished final product.

Ben Ott manages projects at Rose Builders Group from start to completion. His strength is field management, keeping a close eye on the work as it happens and making sure everything is built to spec.

Ben is strong on coordination and personnel management. He keeps subs, staff, and clients aligned and communicating throughout the project. He's detail-oriented, stays on top of progress in the field, and is proactive about addressing issues before they affect the schedule or budget.
