Valley Forge Medical Center, Norristown, PA

Renovation of an underutilized hospital wing to create 22 new patient beds specializing in acute care for substance use disorders and co-occurring medical conditions. Structural modifications were required to widen an existing hallway, converting the space from offices and storage into usable patient rooms. The facility remained fully occupied without reducing census throughout the eight-month project.
