The Sentinel of Rockland

Ground up, four-story, 115,000 SF, 200-bed assisted living community built in Montebello, NY. Starting with six and a half acres of raw land, the site was cleared and fully developed. The building features steel and plank construction, designed with a mix of private rooms and semi-private companion suites. Construction was completed in eighteen months.
