Sentinel of Amsterdam, Amsterdam, NY

Conversion of a five-story, 75,000 SF historic hotel into a 100-bed assisted living facility in downtown Amsterdam, NY. The project was completed entirely within the existing building footprint. A large indoor pool was filled in and transformed into a dining room and activity area for residents. The exterior was reclad with new EIFS and windows throughout.
