Underutilized common areas within an existing two-story apartment building in Hudson, NY were redesigned to create ten new residential units, a fitness center, and public restrooms. Upgrades were also made to existing hallways and common areas, along with an exterior facelift, all while the building remained fully occupied without reducing occupancy.
